A Sanford native, Mark graduated from UMO with a degree in Business Administration / Marketing. Mark started PATCO with his Father in 1985. Always on the go, he enjoys volleyball, boating, snowboarding, waterskiing, and family time. Creating comfortable homes - within budget - for Maine families brings him the greatest satisfaction.

Steve is originally from New Brunswick Canada, but has settled in Sanford. Along with his Real Estate license, Steve has a degree in Marketing. An avid hockey player (and top ranking goalie in the Portland Senior Pirates), he loves reading and spending time with his wife and son. The best part of his job is when the home is built and the customer is happy!

Phil was raised way up north in Millinocket, ME. After High School he studied drafting and carpentry. Currently Phil and his wife live in Lyman, ME. They have two children and three grandchildren. The grandkids keep him plenty busy with camping, fishing and hunting. Phil enjoys transforming ideas into plans and ultimately into real homes.

Jen grew up in the small central Maine town of Albion. She has a degree in Communications and spent a decade in television broadcasting. She’s thrilled to have made the transition into a field that’s always fascinated her-home building. Jen now lives in Cape Neddick with her husband and three children. Along with spending time with her family, she enjoys cooking, running and watching football.

Chris has been around construction since he was 16. He started working in the family business, a bowling alley resurfacing company, sanding and
refinishing alleys throughout New England. He graduated from Bentley College in Waltham MA with a degree in finance. Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, going to the beach, the lake or whatever adventure they can come up with. He loves skiing and is looking forward to getting his son on skis this year for the first time. An avid Patriots fan, Chris has had season tickets for almost 25 years now!
