All of our homes are "turnkey" house packages. They are designed and built to your specifications and include everything from the septic & well to cupboards and countertops. Your home will be in move in condition once completed.
Turnkey means your home will be ready to move into! Everything (with the exception of appliances, unless requested by you) is included in the purchase price of your home including flooring, cabinets, countertops, septic & well, foundation, and excavation.
Whether your desired new home is from one of our innovative designs, a modification of one of our designs or, an entirely new design you have developed, PATCO Design Build can provide you your new home on schedule, as designed and on budget.
Absolutely! PATCO Construction is Southern Maine’s largest “on your lot” builder. We offer our customers complete lot assessment and lot layout services. If you don’t currently own land, and are not currently working with your own realtor, as licensed realtors and members of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) we can assist you in finding a lot in the community you desire!
All of our homes are stick built. We work closely with local trade partners to ensure top quality in all aspects of your home. A stick built home is constructed right on site by trained craftsmen. It is not pre assembled at a factory and trucked in, as is a modular home.
Yes, PATCO will work closely with you and our in-house designers who can customize your dream home to your needs.
