"When our friends moved to Alfred, Maine four years ago, they purchased a PATCO built home. Our first visit to see them convinced us that we, too, should have our home built by PATCO. There were many excellent attributes of their home, but we were especially impressed with its “feel”. The house was built strong, tight, and held heat exceptionally well. However, building homes well is only one positive characteristic of PATCO.
When we decided that our home would be custom built, we brought our floor plan ideas to PATCO’s capable and accommodating design team. Bringing their expertise to bear, they added considerable character to the design. Together, we created a beautiful home that we are enjoying more and more each day. When you set out to build a home, you’re told by many that this will probably be the most stressful endeavor of your life. This was certainly not our experience with PATCO. Every step of the way PATCO treated us with respect, keeping us informed about the progress of the build. All our questions were answered promptly, and modifications that we desired were made quickly in the most cost effective manner. We considered ourselves part of the build team and were consulted on every aspect of the job. All in all, building our home with PATCO was probably the most rewarding experience of our lives, and we believe we have cultivated strong friendships with the entire PATCO Team.
