Well, the New Home Buyer Tax Credit (Redux) has once again slipped into history. No one knows if it will be reintroduced yet a third time. While it was a factor in the decision making process for some, in our area the jury is still out.

With or without this incentive, it’s still an excellent time for buyers to get the most value for their dollar. Material, labor costs, and mortgage rates remain low. At PATCO we’ve looked at every possible way to bring our home prices don’t without sacrificing the quality we’re known for (or the product selection that home buyers expect).
