All of our homes are "turnkey" house packages. They are designed and built to your specifications and include everything from the septic & well to cupboards and countertops. Your home will be in move in condition once completed.
Turnkey means your home will be ready to move into! Everything (with the exception of appliances, unless requested by you) is included in the purchase price of your home including flooring, cabinets, countertops, septic & well, foundation, and excavation.

All of our homes are stick built. We work closely with local trade partners to ensure top quality in all aspects of your home.
A stick built home is constructed right on site by trained craftsmen. It is not pre assembled at a factory and trucked in, as is a modular home.
