We'd Be Honored To Be Your Builder
In the construction business, you're only as good as your reputation. We've built our business on reliability and customer referrals. Our team looks at every job as a new challenge with its own unique requirements. We know you'll find PATCO a trustworthy guide through every phase of your homebuilding project. Let's start by getting to know each other ...
Mark Patterson
Mark Patterson, Co-Owner - I grew up on Southern Maine and graduated from the University of Maine at Orono. Over the past 25 years, my brother Greg and I have enjoyed growing PATCO into one of the largest and most respected construction and development companies in Maine. I am passionate about the homebuilding business. Whether it be custom designing a new home, laying out a new community from a raw piece of land, researching new products and processes or conducting a new home orientation for another one our satisfied customers, the whole experience has kept me excited to come to work each and every morning. When not at work, I love spending time with friends and, most importantly, my wife Suzanne and sons Ian and Colin. I enjoy snowboarding, water skiing, beach volleyball and ice hockey. I also believe in giving back to the community and serve with numerous civic, industry, charitable and youth organizations. With my team here at PATCO, I look forward to providing you the most pleasurable and rewarding homebuilding experience available in the Northern New England area.
Steve Bourque
Steve Bourque, Vice President / Sales Director - I grew up in Canada and worked my way through college as a framer. I started out in Marketing for a commercial construction firm and joined PATCO 8 years ago. Nothing is more rewarding than taking a families dream from concept to completion. I've literally seen tears of joy during a new home walk through. It doesn't get much more rewarding than that.
Phil Lynch
Phil Lynch, Chief Residential Estimator - I've loved to draw since I was a kid so turning that passion into a profession was an easy call! I've been with PATCO for 13 years and I still enjoy transforming ideas into plans and ultimately into real homes. When I'm not working, I turn my attention to my kids and grandkids. Camping, sports, you name it - they keep me busy!
Paula Daigle
Paula Daigle, Residential Administrative Assistant - I’m originally from Aroostook County and have been living in Southern Maine for about 13 years now. I am a mother of a wonderful 4 year old! I started working for PATCO in 2010, but worked for a Real Estate company for over eight years prior. I’m qualified as a certified Personal Assistant. I’m looking forward to the years to come with PATCO and the challenges it will bring.
Derek Correia
Derek Correia, Project Manager - What I enjoy most about the part I play on the PATCO team is helping to make each homeowner's dream a reality. During my 7 years with PATCO, taking a concept from paper to reality has been my biggest reward. I also enjoy educating homeowners about the construction process itself, making it enjoyable and stress free. My other passions in life are coaching my two daughters in softball and camping with my family - I love the outdoors!
